Wayne is a qualified accountant and Co-Founder of Halcyon Finance. Wayne enjoyed a successful career holding numerous senior management positions with one of Australia’s largest truck manufacturers. This unique experience provides Wayne an insight to the transport industry that has cemented his place as a highly sort after Transport Finance Specialist.
Wayne has enjoyed a successful career as a Senior Finance Consultant with one of Australia’s largest broking houses before establishing Halcyon Finance.
Lisa Wilson
Co-Founder | Director | Finance Consultant
Lisa, Co-Founder of Halcyon Finance, has extensive experience in finance having previously been employed with the ANZ in management, Credit, Training and Development roles and was recognised by ANZ and elevated to their Talent Program. Lisa also enjoyed a sucessful broking career with one of Australia’s largest broking houses.
Lisa is passionate about helping her clients achieve their personal and business goals.
Doug Hamilton
Senior Finance Consultant
Doug has more than 35 years experience in a variety of roles in banking and finance, including working with Australia’s largest bank for near two decades. With his broad range of industry experience and customer-focused attitude, he has established many long-lasting business relationships.
Doug is an expert at relationship management and maintaining customer relationships in addition to long standing supplier relationships he has nutured over many years.
Melissa Lofts
Office Manager
Mel is the glue that makes Halcyon Finance run like clockwork. Mel is the backbone of the business that ensures your application process runs smoothly while our brokers maintain their relationship with you.
Mel is the Support Officer everyone wants in their office.
